Initiating a Return:
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Start your return by contacting us at support@galavisionary.com. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label and instructions. A 20% restocking fee will be charged unless the return is initiated on the same day as delivery due to damage from delivery. In such cases, you must contact us on the day of delivery to avoid the restocking fee.
Damages and Issues:
Immediately inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns of perishable goods, custom products (including special orders and personalized items), and personal care goods. This also applies to hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns are also not accepted for sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges:
For an exchange, return the original item. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds:
Refund processing time 3 days
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll inform you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. The processing time for banks or credit card companies to post refunds may vary.
